1. Scope of Engagement: Approved Vendor Partners agree to execute assigned solar rooftop installations, electrical cabling, panel cleaning, and maintenance tasks strictly in accordance with MNRE, TANGEDCO, and Green Ray Nexus engineering standards.
2. Bank Account & Payout Terms: All project disbursements and job payments will be processed via NEFT/RTGS directly into the verified bank account details provided during registration. Invoices are settled within 15 business days following site quality inspection.
3. KYC & Verification: The vendor certifies that the Aadhaar and PAN card details submitted are authentic and valid under the laws of India. Green Ray Technologies reserves the right to conduct independent background and safety credential checks.
4. Safety & Insurance: Field technicians must wear mandatory PPE (Helmets, Safety Harnesses, Insulated Gloves) while working on high-voltage and rooftop installations. Green Ray Nexus maintains a strict zero-compromise safety policy.
5. Confidentiality & SLA: Customer data, site layouts, and pricing terms remain strictly confidential and proprietary to Green Ray Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
