The information logged is utilized strictly to facilitate sustainable operations, including:

• Displaying live solar generation metrics and accumulated savings in the customer dashboard.
• Performing dynamic power grid load optimization to prevent charger gun breaker trips.
• Dispatching real-time notifications to administrators and maintenance engineers via WhatsApp Green-API nodes.
• Syncing customer complaints and orders to secure external spreadsheet registries (Google Sheets Sync).
