1. Platform Usage & Credentials

Security responsibility: Registered users (Administrators, Site Engineers, Customers) are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of their login details. Passwords stored in the database are hashed with Bcrypt algorithms.
Session termination: To guarantee endpoint security, sessions automatically terminate upon page refresh or reload events. Re-authorization is mandatory.
Unauthorized access: Sharing user accounts or attempting to compromise database structures violates security guidelines and will result in instant account revocation.

2. Telemetry and Savings Estimations

The solar yield metrics (Active kW, Today's Output) and EV load allocations shown inside the portal are simulated estimations calculated based on standard solar sine curves, system capacities, and current local times. While designed for high fidelity diagnostics, these values serve as operational forecasts and are not direct financial commitments or legal energy audits.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Rights

The monitoring portal layouts, styling stylesheets, custom JavaScript codes, databases schemas, and logo graphics are the exclusive trademarked assets of Green Ray Technologies Pvt. Ltd. copy or misuse of these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Green Ray Technologies shall not be held liable for system downtime, data transmission gaps, or incorrect telemetry measurements resulting from utility grid failures, local power cuts, physical solar panel shading, weather changes, or external communications service breakdowns.

5. Revisions of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated modification date. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the updated terms.
